The focus of our work is the development of customized extrusion processes. Together with our customers, we support the entire process—from concept development and R&D support through prototype development to implementation in pilot production or contract manufacturing. Our product portfolio includes snacks, breakfast cereals, pasta, textured vegetable protein (TVP), encapsulated micronutrients, pet food, and animal feed.
Our plant is equipped with extruders of various sizes for different throughput ranges, from pilot scale to industrial scale. This scalability allows us to flexibly test new concepts and then efficiently implement them on a large scale. The infrastructure is complemented by a wide range of equipment, including mixers, BigBag feeders, multipurpose cutting units, (fluidized bed) dryers, and cryogenic freezing systems. This allows extrusion processes to be precisely tailored to the desired functional, sensory, and nutritional properties.
