The Meat Industry Forum is an annual, multi-day trade event organized by the trade journal *Fleischwirtschaft* in cooperation with the DIL (German Institute of Food Technology) and held at the DIL in Quakenbrück. The event addresses current issues in the meat and protein industry and is aimed at representatives from industry, trade, academia, associations, and related fields.
The focus is on the technological, economic, and social challenges facing the meat industry. Expert presentations and panel discussions will address topics such as processing technologies, quality assurance, food safety, sustainability, raw material availability, and regulatory frameworks. Both scientific findings and practical experience will be taken into account.
Through the Meat Industry Forum, we contribute scientific and technological expertise and promote dialogue between research and industry.
